Puerto Plata: Wunderschönes Stadthaus mit Meerblick bis Playa Dorada Unser liebevoll gepflegtes Stadthaus liegt im Stadtteil Los Maestros, gleich nach Torre Alta am Fuße des Berges Isabel de Torres. Es wurde im Jahre 2006 erbaut und verfügt über eine Grundstücksfläche von 145 m2 sowie einer Konstruktionsfläche von 105 m2 (ohne Dachterrasse). Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 ½ Bäder, Wohn/Esszimmer, amerikanische Küche, einen überdachten Autostellplatz, eine Terrasse im Eingangsbereich sowie eine Galerie mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt bis zu den Stränden von Playa Dorada. Eine schöne Aussentreppe führt zur Dachterrasse, die gefliest und mit Säulen und Figuren bestückt ist. Ein herrlicher Panoramablick von hier oben, Feste und Geburtstage lassen sich hier perfekt feiern. La casa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 ½ baños, sala-comedor, cocina americana, un espacio de estacionamiento cubierto, una terraza en la zona de entrada y una galería con magníficas vistas sobre la ciudad hasta las playas de Playa Dorada. Una decorativa escalera exterior conduce a la azotea, equipado con columnas y figuras. El piso es de cerámica. Una magnífica vista panorámica desde aquí arriba, fiestas y cumpleaños se pueden celebrar aquí perfectamente. La ciudad de Puerto Plata, médicos, supermercados, el Malecón y la playa de la ciudad están a sólo 5 minutos. El aeropuerto está a 20 minutos. A magnificent panoramic view from up here, parties and birthdays can be celebrated here perfectly. The house has a cistern for water, a water pump, power almost 24 hours daily, quiet neighbors, connections for cable TV, Internet, telephone available. Service charges for water, electricity, cable and trash only about US$ 80/60 € per month. The house is maintained by a German artist and his wife lovingly. Here you can move without being forced to renovate the house first. For any changes (painting etc.) or property management when you are in your home country occasionally the owner is available for any help.
